The 11th OVC is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization whose mission statement is to bring primary research to the non-historian, making it easier to access Civil War documents that once were only accessible to those able to dedicate time and money to research. Our current website offers access to the most popular manuals used by soldiers in the 1860’s. Start discovering today! What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We use the United States Postal Service and UPS. The 11th OVC offers flat rate shipping for most orders based on the destination, order weight, and shipping service.

The 11th OVC offers flat rate shipping for orders in the continental United States. This rate is only for our merchandise and reproduction items. However, shipping costs of original items can vary greatly due to packing requirements to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
Where Do You Ship?

We can ship all around the world. However, shipping outside of the continental United States will vary.
How do I Change My Order After It’s Been Placed?

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible to update us on the change. If we have not yet processed the order, we are happy to make the change. However, if the order has already been processed, we will be unable to stop the order.
How do I Return an Item Or Receive A Refund?

Apparel and gear can be returned up to 10 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to use, the product can be returned for a replacement.
